When you book your vehicle, we will send you an email and text message with the exact location of the vehicle. Once you locate your vehicle, unlock the car through the mobile app.

Short-Term
Everything is done at your convenience. Picking up and dropping off your vehicle is as seamless as the booking process. Everything is done through our app and once you check-in, you will receive instructions to retrieve your vehicle. Returning the vehicle is just as seamless.
We are 100% online which means we do not have rental offices, long lines or waiting on hold to speak to a representative.
EV’s are environmentally friendly. There is less maintenance involved and no fuel is required so you save money on gas.
No pets are allowed in the cars.
Car-Sharing
Based on your EV selection, we will charge a minimum 12-hour period. This gives our customers the freedom to take care of their needs without worrying about extending each hour. Do not worry, you will only be charged for the hours you use.

Subscription
An automatic payment will occur monthly when a customer agrees to a selected vehicle from our fleet. This includes roadside assistance, insurance, free charging, and ability to swap out EVs up to twice a month and more.
We have a flexible subscription plan as long as the customer keeps their account current. If you choose to keep the same vehicle, you are responsible for communicating with our concierge team 72 hours prior to the renewal (every 30 days).
You will need to contact our concierge team 24-hours in advance. You will then receive further instructions by email on retrieving the new car.
You will receive a prorated credit on the return day.
You will need to enroll through our mobile app, If approved you will receive next steps from our concierge team.
We accept digital payments and bank issued credit cards.
Terms Of Use
Anyone 21 or over with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
MCC allows you to cross over state lines, however under no circumstances are the vehicles to go out of the country (ie: Mexico, Canada).
Smoking in any vehicle is prohibited. We have a strict “no smoking” policy. If there is any sign of smoking in the vehicle (odor, damage, etc), you will be charged a minimum of $300.
Yes, We require a two hour notice and additional fees will be applied. We cannot guarantee a vehicle extension in the same car, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
We understand things happen when traveling that's out of our control. Do not worry, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will not charge you. All we ask is to email our support team.
At time of booking, you can add additional drivers with a valid driver license for free. We want family, friends and co-workers to experience these fun cars too.
All drivers must complete a driving history check.
Yes, there are mileage limits that vary based on the plan/vehicle selections.
Roadside assistance is included with all rental options.
We require all customers to return the car in the same clean condition as it is received upon check-in. It is important to make sure not to leave any trash, excessive dirt, fingerprints on windows, personal belongings etc. in the car upon return.
If the Electric vehicle is returned dirty upon returning to the location, the customer will be charged a Cleaning Fee.
