How do I get into my car?

When you book your vehicle, we will send you an email and text message with the exact location of the vehicle. Once you locate your vehicle, unlock the car through the mobile app.

How do I book a reservation through the app?

First select your plan then select the electric vehicle. Upload driver’s license & photo selfie. Select digital payment or Credit card.

 

How do I end my reservation through the app?

Once you have parked the vehicle, record a walk around video of the vehicle and upload the 360° damage inspection photos through the app. The app will then notify you to lock the vehicle.

What cities is MCC located in?

We will be fully operational in 2024 in the following cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles.

How do I book a car?

You can book our cars via online or on our app. Our innovative mobile app featuring the latest market technology will be available on Iphones and Androids in 2024.

What does MCC offer?

We offer a range of services from Short-term, Car-sharing, Monthly subscription and more. Our 24/7 self-service technology and digital payments, combined with a user enhanced car connected system ensures the smoothest rental process ever.

How far can you drive on full charge ?

All-electric vehicles can typically go 100 to more than 400 miles on a single charge depending on the vehicle.

Do EV’s have high performance?

Yes, they do.  EV’s are lighter than traditional vehicles.  Electric cars are fun to drive–with quick acceleration and enviable performance.

Where is the app located ?

The app is currently being developed with the latest technology features and will be available in 2024 on Apple Store and Google Store.

What does self-service mean?

Everything is done at your convenience. Picking up and dropping off your vehicle is as seamless as the booking process. Everything is done through our app and once you check-in, you will receive instructions to retrieve your vehicle. Returning the vehicle is just as seamless. 

Where is the rental office located?

We are 100% online which means we do not have rental offices, long lines or waiting on hold to speak to a representative.

What are the benefits of driving an electric car?

EV’s are environmentally friendly. There is less maintenance involved and no fuel is required so you save money on gas.

Are dogs allowed in your cars?

No pets are allowed in the cars.

How does the hourly rate work?

Based on your EV selection, we will charge a minimum 12-hour period. This gives our customers the freedom to take care of their needs without worrying about extending each hour. Do not worry, you will only be charged for the hours you use.

What is car sharing?

This is a service for customers who require shorter time and shorter distance trips as an extension of the transportation network, providing a public service designed to enhance mobility options.

Who is car-sharing for?

Car sharing is the perfect addition for customers' on-the-go lifestyle who need to run errands around the city for a few hours.

Will my personal contact be visible to other users?

No, your phone number, address and email address is kept private at all times.

How does car-sharing help the Earth?

EV car-sharing helps reduce congestion and pollution and decreases greenhouse gas emissions.

Subscription


How does monthly subscription work?

An automatic payment will occur monthly when a customer agrees to a selected vehicle from our fleet. This includes roadside assistance, insurance, free charging, and ability to swap out EVs up to twice a month and more.

How long can I keep the vehicle?

We have a flexible subscription plan as long as the customer keeps their account current. If you choose to keep the same vehicle, you are responsible for communicating with our concierge team 72 hours prior to the renewal (every 30 days).

How do I swap vehicles?

You will need to contact our concierge team 24-hours in advance. You will then receive further instructions by email on retrieving the new car.

Do I get a refund for returning early?

You will receive a prorated credit on the return day.

How do I subscribe?

You will need to enroll through our mobile app, If approved you will receive next steps from our concierge team. 

What method of payments are accepted?

We accept digital payments and bank issued credit cards.

Who is eligible to drive?

Anyone 21 or over with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Can I drive out of state?

MCC allows you to cross over state lines, however under no circumstances are the vehicles to go out of the country (ie: Mexico, Canada).

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking in any vehicle is prohibited.  We have a strict “no smoking” policy. If there is any sign of smoking in the vehicle (odor, damage, etc), you will be charged a minimum of $300.

Can I extend my trip?

Yes, We require a two hour notice and additional fees will be applied. We cannot guarantee a vehicle extension in the same car, but will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand things happen when traveling that's out of our control. Do not worry, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will not charge you. All we ask is to email our support team.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

At time of booking, you can add additional drivers with a valid driver license for free. We want family, friends and co-workers to experience these fun cars too.

Do you check driving record?

All  drivers must complete a driving history check.

Does MCC have a mileage limit?

Yes, there are mileage limits that vary based on the plan/vehicle selections.

What happens if I need roadside assistance?

Roadside assistance is included with all rental options.

Cleaning after your rental

We require all customers to return the car in the same clean condition as it is received upon check-in. It is important to make sure not to leave any trash, excessive dirt, fingerprints on windows, personal belongings etc. in the car upon return.

If the Electric vehicle is returned dirty upon returning to the location, the customer will be charged a Cleaning Fee.
